From the early stage of development, TiCARos optimized CAR-T manufacturing process by adopting CliniMACS Prodigy®, a closed/fully automated system of Miltenyi Biotec.
This system enables minimization of variables in manufacturing process via automatic running compared with manual generation by humans, and prevents contamination via a fully closed system. Thus, TiCARos setup a system in which CAR-T cells can be produced in a more reproducible and a safer way.
